Travelling With Pets

Clean cars and canines – it is possible!

Pets are part of the family and come almost everywhere with us, but that doesn’t mean that we love their dirty paws all over the inside of our vehicle. Thanks to Canine Car Seat and Door Protectors a messy adventure doesn’t mean having to detail your car when you get home.

Car Door Protectors are easy to install and protect against wet, muddy paws as well as sharp claws. Car Seat Protectors means it’s okay if your dog goes for a dip in the lake. Their micro suede material has a waterproof backing, so it protects against mud and muck – what is that on his paws anyways?! They also prevent your back seat from getting completely covered in dog hair. Seat Protectors are designed to fit whether you drive a car, truck or SUV, and its centre zipper means you can seat someone next to your dog in the backseat – although we can’t guarantee they will stay clean and dry.

Safety first

It’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt, or so the saying goes. Be prepared on your adventures by bringing along a Pet First Aid Kit. Available in two sizes, one is perfect to leave in the vehicle and the smaller travel-size conveniently clips onto your dog’s leash or your belt buckle. It’s only a matter of time before something happens, don’t let it ruin your day.

Speaking of ‘safety first’ keeping your dog restrained while in the vehicle is easy to do with a Vest Harness. Simply slip the seat belt through the loop on the back of the harness and your dog can sit or lie down comfortably. This non-choking harness also prevents distractions in case your dog suddenly decides he wants to ride shot gun.
